4As I’ve said in my other reviews of other chinos I’ve bought from Peter Christian, these chinos are excellent. The fabric isn’t hefty, but if you’re looking for medium weight, simple cotton trousers, these fit the bill. The rise is high, which is an extremely desirable attribute for me. Low-rise trousers do no favors for anyone. Mid-rise trousers are OK, kind of, but get these chinos if you want a classic fit.
Excellent trousers. The fabric is somewhat lightweight, which you should bear in mind if you are interested in heavy cloth. (The fabric’s weight is fine with me.) I especially like that the trousers (waist size 32) have a proper 13-inch rise. Very good. Too many trousers these days have an inadequate rise. The legs are neither too full nor too slim, and that’s another plus.
I was very pleased with this purchase.
These arre great pants.
I ordered 36/30. There’s no way these are 30 length as they drag on the floor. I now need to get them hemmed at an additional cost.
